Energo Labs’ COO Kaikai Yang was invited to attend the “Blockchain+” forum hosted on Nov.15th at the Singapore University of Social Science (SUSS) together with representatives from InkChain, SpaceChain and Bodhi. The discussion was moderated by Anson Zeall, Chairman of the Association of Cryptocurrency Enterprises and Startups in Singapore (ACCESS), and the event was also attended by representatives from Qtum.
ACCESS is part of the Singapore Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Industry Association and promotes the responsible use and regulatory support of cryptocurrencies and blockchain. This event focused on the maturity of blockchain in several areas including clean energy, art and other original content, and satellites.
At the event, Yang spoke about the importance of blockchain in Energo’s solution, stating: “Energo Labs’ use of blockchain technology in microgrids not only reduces the load on the main grid over short distances but also enhances the quality of life for those in remote and rural areas, furthering rural electrification.”
